Acqusition

City Building Departments insist that the customer is responsible for obtaining Building Permits for Storage Mezzanines and some shelving and racking systems. At Concept Storage Solutions we have successfully obtained Building Permits for our storage systems across Canada. We provide all necessary documents required by Local Building Departments as follows:

B.M.E.C. authorization
Structural design for storage system and supporting foundations
Mechanical design
Life safety requirements

Some customers apply for Building Permits on their own. Concept Storage Solutions is happy to provide the above mentioned documents to the customer to help expedite the permit acquisition procedure.
