ASTROTECH – NASA “FINDING MORE SPACE FOR THE SPACE RACE”

Who would figure that NASA would have a problem finding more space. Well they asked us to find that space. We provided a 2,000 square foot storage mezzanine complete with a wide span shelving system which was enclosed in a lockable wire mesh partition fence. Inside this secure area they stored components for the lab equipment going on the space shuttles.

NIKE CANADA “JUST DO IT”

Shoes that don’t move fast enough. Nike asked us to come up with an idea to pick orders faster. Our two tier pick module with static storage levels and a unique carton flow system was the answer. This is an ongoing project which grows with our customer’s needs.

SEARS CANADA “LOW TECH VERSUS HIGH TECH”

Sears Canada asked us to help them get orders out of their distribution centers to the customers in a shorter amount of time. After reviewing the speed of their high bay order pickers we came to the conclusion that replacing their high bay racking with 400,000 square feet of mezzanines with 60 miles of shelving would do the trick.
