THE PROBLEM

When a growing lighting manufacturer and distributor in Concord, Ontario needed to rapidly increase warehouse storage capacity, they required a solution that could be delivered and installed without manufacturing delays.

Using in-stock pallet racking from our Vaughan, Ontario warehouse, we designed and installed a complete high-density storage system with zero production lead time, delivering a fully operational warehouse in just 5 days.

This project demonstrates how readily available pallet racking inventory can eliminate lead times, accelerate warehouse expansion, and maximize storage capacity without delay.
